I am having trouble responding to reviews, I see older posts about this but it is new to me and I have tried everything I have read. Did not understand the star rating update in one post not sure what that is but the respond button disappeared after the google plus thing was updated must have done something wrong or left something off not real sure. Our web business is very important and people do read those reviews, the last one is most frustrating because it was not even our order and I cannot respond. Can you assist us?
